1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible products within 1 day from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact
- Free from damage caused after delivery
- Returned within the approved return window
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Apparel / clothing items
- Used products
- Damaged items caused after delivery
- Customized or special-order items
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
3. Exchange Policy
Currently, exchange and return are not available on apparel items.
For eligible non-apparel products, exchanges may be approved subject to:
- Stock availability
- Product inspection
- Eligibility under return conditions
If exchange stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued where applicable.
4. Return Process

- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos/video if item is damaged or incorrect
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification, eligible refunds will be processed.
Refunds are generally issued for the product amount only.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

6. Refund Timeline

7. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
After verification, we will assist with replacement, return, or refund as applicable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to processing status.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and standard return rules may apply.
9. Rejection of Return

- Product shows signs of use
- Tags/packaging are missing
- Return request is outside allowed timeline
- Damage is customer-caused
